What is Xomba?

Xomba is an online community very similar to HubPages, where you can write, share, comment, make friends and best of all get paid for you activities online. Unlike other online writing communities, 50% of advertising revenue on your content page is paid directly to you by Google Adsense.

Xomba is a revenue sharing website on which you can post your content - even something as simple as a link - and get paid advertising profits from Google Adsense.

One other gem Xomba offers is ‘Xomba Bookmarks’ it is a good way for the casual surfer to make money online while doing hardly anything other than bookmarking good websites, blog articles and so on. Xomba Bookmarks allows any person to simply bookmark what they find interesting and make money online at the same time.

Establish a Profile

Before you can publish any content to make money online you will need to register and create your own profile on Xomba click on the image below, it will take you to the account registration page, you need to register and create an online profile before you can create your very first Xomba article.

Make sure to choose a suitable username, many people tend to use silly words, I feel if you are serious about setting-up passive income source online then you need to create a profile that you can use for other purposes, that way you are continuously market your presence on the net. This will lead to generating more traffic to your content, more traffic you get the better your chances of making online money.

Discovering What You Can Do on Xomba

Once you have created your Xomba profile, visit the following pages first to learn about what you can and cannot do, I can’t stress enough the importance of making sure that you understand the rules before going in and creating or publishing your money making articles and content.

Now you are ready to create and publish your first content on Xomba. There are two kinds of posts on Xomba: Xombytes and Xomblurbs.

Xombytes - are like typical articles, blog posts or hubs that you would find elsewhere on the web.

There is a limit of 150 word minimum for Xombytes, so plan and prepare your content accordingly.

Xomblurbs - are short snippets with a link to another website (bookmarks), article, video, blog, or the like.  Xomblurbs are great for getting free traffic to your other contents like Hubpages, Bukisa, personal website, or whatever else you want to promote.

You can also earn money online using Xomba Bookmarks, Write Xomba Bookmark content by posting links to your favourite sites, videos, and pictures online or your own content. Each Xomba Bookmark must be at least 50 words in length and should summarize the destination of your link.

Each Xomba Bookmark will inevitably make more money online if the title has commercial appeal and is something a person might search for exactly in the search engine.

To earn money with Xomba, you will need to enter your Adsense publisher ID number. To get your publisher ID number, log in to your Google Adsense account. You will find your publisher ID in the top right corner of the page. It looks like pub-###############.
Copy this number. Now, log in to Xomba.com and click on "View My Profile." You will then have four options:

"View" , "Edit" , "Subscriptions" , "Track."

Click on "Edit". In the "Edit" tab, click on "Adsense."

Then you should see a text box that says "Google Adsense Client ID." This is where you want to

put your Publisher ID.
Make sure you enter the full number INCLUDING "pub-" If you leave that part out, you won't earn anything.

When you are done, click Submit.

Continue adding Xomba Bookmarks on a daily and weekly basis. Don't get discouraged as you will not make much money for a long time. The residual income will snowball over a period of time and after a year or more with continual additions to your Xomba Byte and Bookmark library you will start making decent income online.

This is it you should now continue publishing as much content you can on Xomba, advertise your content and drive traffic to your articles. The more traffic you get the better your chances of making money online. The dream of good Passive Income is closer to becoming a reality.
